Consistency is key. We kindly request everyone to maintain a minimum of 6 months of consistent use with our products for seeing results.
We understand that your friend, who is also our customer, saw results in just 2 months — and results depend on how many years of damage we are trying to repair. We’re genuinely happy for them! But please set realistic expectations for yourself. And if you are the customer who saw quicker results, please don’t tell others they’ll experience the same. Everyone’s skin is different, and so is the extent of damage over the years.
Some people may have 5 years of accumulated tan, while others might have recently developed Tan. Naturally reversal takes time and it's completely based on the years of damage on it and you are trying to repair with our sunscreen and this is a continuous lifelong journey. Remember just like how if you stop working out and don't have a good diet you will go back to an unhealthy lifestyle similarly skincare is also a lifetime routine to practice.
Your faster results have, unintentionally, set unrealistic expectations for a few customers, leading to dissatisfaction. Removing tan and achieving radiant skin takes time. As our valued customers, your support and word-of-mouth mean the world to us — and we deeply appreciate it.

Moreover it is important that you know that you can boost your results by making small lifestyle additions — like including more colorful fruits and vegetables in your meals.
