Shipping policy

BTM VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED offers shipping to PAN India. We usually dispatch the order within 3 to 4 working days after receiving the order. You would also receive the tracking details by message or email . Customers usually receive the products within 5 to 7 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer in remote locations within India. Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We hope that your order never needs to be cancelled or returned. However, if you do need to cancel or return an order, we are here to help. We have outlined our cancellation and return policy below to help you through the process :- 

Cancellations of orders shall only be accepted if communicated via email and must be made prior to the order status being updated to "Ready to Ship" or within one (1) hour of the order placement, whichever occurs earlier.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unexpected circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid & partial orders.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any and all products purchased during promotional sales, discount periods, or similar events shall be expressly excluded from eligibility for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

Please Note: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

The following terms apply to cancellations of orders in specific circumstances, subject to the Company’s sole discretion in addressing exceptional or critical situations:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: In the event a COD order is canceled after its status has been updated to "Ready to Pickup," the partial payment of Rs.199 made at checkout shall not be refunded.
  2. Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders canceled after their status has been updated to "Ready to Pickup," a standard shipping fee of Rs.199 shall be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

1. Reporting Concerns

For issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect products, customers must contact the Seller exclusively via email to report the issue.

2. Subject Line for Quick Resolution

To ensure faster resolution, the email subject line must clearly indicate the issue type along with the order ID. Examples include:

  1. "Damaged Product Received - #RM[Order ID]"
  2. "Missing Product - #RM[Order ID]"
  3. "Incorrect Product Received - #RM[Order ID]"

3. Timeline for Raising Requests

All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered.

4. Mandatory Evidence

Claims must be supported by an unboxing video clearly showing the product’s condition upon opening the package. Claims without this evidence will be deemed invalid.

5. Resolution Process

  1. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
  2. Once evidence is verified:
    • For incorrect or damaged products: We will arrange a convenient pickup.
    • For missing products: A replacement will be initiated.
    • Do not dispose of the damaged or incorrect product; keep it ready to hand over to our delivery agent.
    • After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the replacement within 7–10 days.

Under what conditions will return / replacement requests not be accepted?

Opened/used/altered products.
Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
Update received as product delivered but product not received and if reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

If any other brand's products are received
If you paid with cash, you will receive a refund in the form of either coupon codes or you will have to share the bank account details to our support team in order to process the refund.

If you paid with a credit/debit card, you will receive a refund to the same account from which you made the payment. Here are some items that are not eligible for return or replacement:
Items that have been damaged due to misuse.
Damage that occurs due to malfunctioning of products
Consumable items that have been used or installed.
Items with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Items that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Items that are returned without all original packaging and accessories.

Delayed Delivery: 

At Reginald Men, we prioritize timely delivery of your orders. However, since our deliveries are managed by third-party logistics providers, occasional delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds/cancellation : Refunds/cancellation for delayed deliveries will only be considered if the order has not been delivered within 480 hours from the date of shipment.
  2. Raising a Concern:
    1. All concerns regarding delayed delivery must be raised via email only to info@reginaldmen.com.
    2. Please include your order ID and relevant details in your email , with the subject line - (Delayed delivery : Order id) for prompt resolution
    3. Our team will acknowledge your email within 48 hours and provide a resolution accordingly
  3. Resolution Timeline: Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

RETURNS AND REFUND:

(a) In the event, the order is undelivered by the delivery agent due to no fault of the Customer/User, or the order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account, in case of online payment.

(b) In the event of a wrong or missing or damaged product has been delivered, the Customer will have to report the same within 1 day of delivery and submit certain proof of damage or proof of wrong delivered item with a proper picture on our email ID i.e., info@reginaldmen.com. After a valid review by our team, the user’s request for return shall be accepted and the order shall be replaced with the correct product within 4 to 6 days of submitting the proof.

(c) Kindly pack the product as originally received by you. You can stuff the bag with bubble wrap or any other material to avoid damage during transit. Please note that in case the product is damaged, altered or used, returned without the original packaging, or if the return request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery we will not be able to
process the refund.

(d)Refunds will be initiated once the return order is received and checked by our team, usually within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the return.

REFUND ACCOUNT:

(a)The refund will be processed to the original source of payment. It usually takes 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the bank.
(b)In case you received a freebie with your product, the same needs to be returned in case you wish to return the order.
(c)In case you have received a replacement, the same is not eligible for return/replacement again. In case you have ordered multiple products as a part of your order, please raise a return request for all the products you wish to return at once.
